After looking at quite a few maskes in this style I decided to go with something more traditional. Natural hand sculpted leather with very little stitching. This mask is based off a real one that is on display in a museum. The black leather hood is not included, but just to show effect. The mask will fit most adult faces and is heald on by a single leather strap. Brass rivets and a brass buckle are also used. The mask rides high on the face so additional straps are not needed. Very small vents at the tip of the beak (under side) assist in air cirulation and breathing. This mask has no stitching around the eyes. A second first version has stitching around the eyes, but is a bit more in price. Masks will vary slightly since they are hand made, but will be of the same basic design. Since I cant give a link to my gallery for you to see my past work, I suggest you look at the feedback. This is quite close to the real deal. The leather is 2-3 oz veg tan leather that has been "cast" using a process I developed in my shop. Its based on formulas used hundreds of years ago, but with a modern twist.
