This item was listed as an auction on ebay.ca. Because of a site issue on ebay.ca, which wrongly told some potential bidders that we would not ship to them, all our auctions were ended, so they could be relisted on ebay.com. The catch is that on ebay.com we have to use a fixed shipping fee which may not be accurate for you. If you have questions about the shipping cost, please contact us with your postal code and Country. Also, if you are in Canada, you have to pay sales tax on the purchase price. Ebay.com does not automatically add it to their automatic invoice. Canadian buyer's, please do not pay an invoice that lacks sales tax - wait for us to sent you a manual one which does include sales tax - otherwise we'll have to send a separate one for the sales tax. We apologise for the disappointment caused by having to restart these auctions. This listing is for a beautiful example of Chinese export silver. It is a double gourd form pot and lid - possibly a honey pot or similar. It is decorated with very fine, four toe dragons on the body and lid. It is hallmarked on the base WN, with Chinese characters, for Wing Nam. Wing Nam is recorded as working in Hong Kong, circa 1875-1920. It is about 4 1/2 inches tall (about 11.5cm). It is about 3 1/2 inches wide (about 9 cm). It weighs about 219 grams. It is in excellent condition, no dents, repairs etc. Canadian buyers must pay sales tax (HST or GST or GST & PST, depending on their province)
