SOLD AS SEEN FOR RESTORATION THIS Auction is for a Massive Hard to Find and possibly quite rare to find TRADITIONAL CARTER STABLER AND ADAMS 1920-1930`s ART DECO Vase. Pattern LJ shape 947 painted by ANNE HATCHARD as you can see it is massive next to a tea / coffee mug. stands nearly 12" tall and has a circumference of nealry 30" This vase if perfect would be worth in the thousands i have seen these up at £1500-2000 before. the vase stands well and looks great from one side. the other side as you can see has a number of large cracks running over one side of the vase. this would make a fabulous project for a training restorer who has never worked on this rare type of item . or would be really worth it to a collector who may never find this vase ever again for there collection. or you could just leave it and show it from its best side, anyway it is a bargain i have know idea, in this condition what it is worth so low start no reserve. item weights well over 3kgs so international postage will reflect this . please ask for your area Have a look at this vase & early TRADITIONAL VASES at link http://pooleimages.co.uk/traditional.aspx happy bidding a truely amazing hard to find vase in need of some love. just looks fab can collect if local Item Photos JPEGbay.com - free eBay photo hosting
