Antique Scottish Basket Hilt Broad sword with Scabbard Brass basket Hilt, (Sergeants sword?) Some sections brazed in place. Leather lining, (old, frayed, shrunk & mouldy) Blade 31” long Blade has surface rust but no deep pitting No marks or stamps visable Fishskin grip. Wire wrap which is coming undone. Overall 37 ¾” long Nickle plated scabbard. Blade is loose in hilt & has rotated. Overall in untidy condition but I’m sure it could be cleaned up. I'm not conversant with Scottish swords,I'm not sure what model or year it is. So I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Low Auction start price. Please do not bid unless you have at least 5 positive feedbacks. Will freight worldwide via TNT Air, includes insurance. = $105.00 USD Freight within Australia = $45.00 AUD
