Elk Forest Farms, Inc. has a John Deere 2010 crawler dozer up for a no reserve auction. This machine was traded in from a local farm that upgraded to a Cat D4H they recently purchased from me. The machine is powered by a 4-cylinder John Deere gas engine that starts and runs well. Some of the original guages work. The engine oil pressure reads 30psi at idle. The transmission works well in all gears. The machine is equipped with the forward/reversing unit. The lever steering works only one way. The left steering clutch is stuck from sitting in the barn and needs some adjusting and/or replacement. The farmer I got it from told me it worked when he parked it 2-3 years ago in the chicken coop. You are buying it as-is. The undercarriage on the machine looks good for a machine of this age. I believe this machine weighs about 5 ton?? Please view the youtube.com video below.
